On June 9, 2025, Consolatrix College of Toledo City, Inc. marked its opening of classes for the school year 2025-2026. The atmosphere was lively and heartwarming, especially for new learners going through the unfamiliar corners of the campus.

Old students in every corner shared tight hugs and awkward high-fives. They created I-hope-we’re-in-the-same-section moments, nervous about how a new school year would turn out, while fresh faces wandered through the halls like curious explorers—excited to start their new adventure. The campus was filled with excitement and energy as students eagerly participated in the morning activity, engaged in an inspiring creative worship session, and danced along to lively animated grooves led by the ARSC Officers.

Teachers played a crucial role in setting the tone for the year. Through warm welcomes, icebreaker activities, and encouraging words, they helped ease students into the new academic routine. Teachers, both familiar and new, greeted their students with warm smiles, ready to guide them along the way. Some were amused by the fun morning activity, while others were surprised by how creative and lively the Consolatrician spirit could be. “I am so amazed by how warm and welcoming everyone has been. I felt like I was part of a family.” said Ms. Princess Danne Rabanes, a newly hired teacher at Consolatrix as she witnessed the radiating good vibes on the first day of school.

Beyond all the first-day groufies and orientations, there's nothing more meaningful than a new beginning waiting to be filled with memories, shared laughter, and a few group project survival stories. As Ms. Princess Danne Rabanes has repeatedly said, “It's not just a school; it's a community where you feel you belong.” She shared how it meant a lot to her as she started her teaching journey at Consolatrix.

There's truly a big difference once you are a Consolatrician. So here’s to the new faces who will soon become familiar, to the small moments that will turn into unforgettable ones, and to the spirit of every Consolatrician that brings it all together.
